UPGRADES:

Our upgrade policy is unique among software companies that we're aware of.  Most of them require you to pay again (maybe slightly less than the original amount) when upgrading to a new major version (like 5.0 to 6.0) and most even charge a fee when upgrading minor versions (like 6.3 to 6.4).

That means that as long as we don't have to send you anything through the mail there won't be any additional charge to upgrade to any new version of AccuChef, either minor or major. If you want the latest copy sent to you on CD there is a nominal fee (currently $9.95) in order to cover the cost of the media. You can also purchase the latest version of the user's guide at any time for only $14.95. Upgrading is painless too,  just follow the upgrade instructions to run the upgrade installation.  It will find the current installation and upgrade only the files that need to be upgraded. It won't touch existing cookbook files so the recipes that you've entered or modified won't be overwritten. Buy it once and upgrade for free!
